Atlantis is getting pretty boring!

lets focus on the space fighting and less of teyla and her boring issues!

I like Teyla, shes a good actress but the writers are making up some rlly stupid stories with her, she can doo soo much more then just be a puppet for micheal!

I disliked weir as well! they got rid of her

I can only hope they eliminate teyla too. I wouldn't mind as much if she wasn't the focus of every single bloody episode. It's teyla this, teyla that! Really growing tired of this BS!

I can't believe they've been putting so much focus on such a boring character. I understand the character is one of empathy, but that doesn't mean boring as hell. on the sci-fi.com forums she's really popular, more popular than McKay, which I find really interesting....

I wish they would have kept the original Wier from SG-1 in the season finale episode (i believe) she was so much better and alot hotter.

AAARGHHHH, I just saw the most annoying episode ever in Stargate history!
Season 3 episode 3 of Atlantis. The one with "Lucious Love". How insanely annoying. The dude with the feromone that spelled the entire base.

Worst thing is. This like many other Atlantis episodes are direct rip offs from old SG1 episodes. Like this one with Lucius. It's an almost exact copy off when Hathor invaded the SGC in season two or three. Everyone was cast under her spell etc.

yes true Cetramarius , but watching gua'uld take over SG-1 + they have cool voice is way more interesting than Lucious , for me at least .

U cant compare Hathor to Lucius. Lucius is nothing but annoying to deal with. Hathor in the other hand was very intertaining, and action was involved.

I am so sad Stargate became this bad. I am so disappointed.

I watched a very good episode some days ago, season 1 Atlantis, the one where the wraith attack Atlantis and earth come right in time for the rescue. The fight at night. Reminds me of the battle i watched in real life at age 11. Ofc no ships was there, but those long bullets stretching and lighting the hole sky. Stargate made it so real, good job for sure. And btw, i am not bullshitting.

If only the old SG1 writers was around to smack the writers today.

Basically, you can compare everything in Atlantis to SG1

Sheppard = Jack O'neill
Ronan = Teal'c
McKay = Carter and 20% Daniel
Weir = Hammond
Carson = Frasier
Teyla = Carter
That other scientist dude McKay works with equals that other glasseye scientist on the SGC.

It's basically the exact same characters. I've always thought SG1 should be in charge of everything. I think Atlantis should have been on earth and that SG1 did all the work, not a complete new cast. McKay and Carson could stay, they're both fun.

How are Teyla and Carter similar in any way? I mean apart from there gender. Teyla and Daniel are a lot more alike with ethical crap and connecting to the natives on the planet of the week.

And I have to agree that Teyla is an awful and annoying character, absolutely nothing redeeming or interesting about here I mean if the actor playing her was insanely hot I could live with it but... eghh a singing indian? Give me a brake.

And while I am at it Teal'c>Ronan.

Really hope they improve on the writing of the show, Shame to see Atlantis go downhill.
