Can someone tell me from the begining how to burn a xbox game and play in my chipped xbox.....
when I download it..then it is many files......then what should I do....

extract the iso, then burn it with nero onto a dvd.
or
extract the iso, load it with Qwix and ftp the game to the xbox hdd

Help if possible. Recently I am having problems playing copy games, it either comes up bad or dirty disk, or no disk. why is this ?

Can somebody help me too, how do I FTp my XBOX so that I can move games straight to my xbox from my pc. is there any tutorial guides for somebody who is clueless. cheers. p.s im from the good old U.K so have a pal version

good guide (if you are using evox of course)

once you can ftp to your xbox all you have to do is extract the iso (using http://www.teamavalaunch.com/qwix/ )

then just transfer the folder that you extracted the iso in to.

hey

can someone help me

i have a problem with my xbox

i have my xbox soft mod soo that i can play burned games

but i olsa have a hdd in my xbox 120 gb in it

but when i copied games to my xbox hdd some of the games doesn't works
and when i copied a orginal game form a xbox dvd game to my xbox hdd than it stucks by the loading but when i play from the dvd it works

can anyone help me!!!!

i have now try to play burn out 3 from the orginal dvd for xbox and it stucks to by loading at first i could play it but now it stucks

after i install 120gb hd in my xbox it is not working fine anymore what could be the problem

did you relock your harddrive after installing it?

don't think they have made an app to do that

if you had linux on your xbox you could do it but i don't think any apps that use XDK are available

EDIT: i lied avalunch can unrar files

Complextools can do it. But you are better off just doing it on your PC as it is likely faster.

g'day all i have an matrix infinity chip with firmware 1.46 that doesnt play backed up games...it plays dvd's but only in black and white... i cant update it to 1.54 either... any help is appreciated!

no you cant extract rar files on your xbox. But you can extract rar files directly into yours xboxs' hardrive using for example SUXXX.

that sucks... I can download files to the xbox using a BT python script but then I can't extract them.

Can some1 help me... this time i guess i screw big time....

I use the splinter cell exploit on my xbox 1.0, i install everything perfectly until this eeprom come into my mind.... so i backup my ms dash then i install the softmod option then Evox dash... perfect until now...
so i reboot my xbox went to my evox dash, system configuration and i saw the backing up so press it... i guess it backup my eeprom... then i decided... to reinstall all again dont ask me y maybe i want it to learn everything about softmod and stuff.... then i whent to my main softmod dash and i click on restore ms dash board and also i click what i shoulnd on restore mod so now i restart my xbox i get this %#@# "you xbox require service please call xbox custumer support"....

so now can some1 help me out plz plz plz

Maybe somebody can give me a hand with this problem. Anyhow I softmoded my xbox a long time ago with evox using the game exploit method and threw in a 60gb drive and set it up with xboxhda and also tuned off in the .ini file all the InGameResets to NO. Everything was perfect all my burned games played and the ftped games using qwix101 and select patch media or whatever it is and they worked great and I decided to format the hd to clean it out and I did everything the same way and it works for some games only, but I would ftp the game over and some games when I try to play they don't even load or it just freezes up while I'm playing for maybe 30mins or so. This happens even with the games I burn on a dvd. I even tried copying the burned game on the hd with the xbox copy thing and still the games don't work. I tested with a retail game and it works fine, no freezing, no nothing. Also when I put in the burned game in the cd draw it does read it as game. I don't no what to do to solve this problem. I did the same as I did before and now more than half of the games dont work. Anybody have a suggestion or an answer for me; please pm me. Althought I will be checkin up on this in this forum. I appriciate any1s feedback, thanks!

All I want to do is play burnt xbox games, is there any way to do this with out having to get a modchip installed? Any type of softmod or something? Any magic discs? I also dont want to ruin my xbox with mods so I can still play live? Can anyone suggest anything?

I bought my xbox in about 1� years ago.
It's moded with a X-Ecuter chip with Evo-X.
With a samsung dvd-reader, I think :S

My problem is:
When I burn a game, I can only use DVD-R and only some brands work.
