That’s right, the moment religious folks have dubbed the second coming is upon us!

The original torrent notifier, TBNotify, is back and better than ever. Jam packed with features that make TorrentBytes more  l33t

TBNotify is a torrent notifier and autodownloader for TorrentBytes. It supports torrent filtering and allows you to search the entire TorrentBytes torrent database offline.

The program is now out of the beta stage and is extremely stable. It also features a comprehensive help guide to walk you though the process of setting up and configuring TBNotify.

You can find out more and download TBNotify from the TBNotify website.

Enjoy! ;-)

Current Version: 1.0 Final

Hey Twiglet!  Nice to see that you decided to revive TBNotify!  I bet you're gonna get a bit of competition from TBLoader however.  Anyway, I will most certainly use TBNotify, as I have problems running TBLoader (it uses .Net framework which my PC is allergic to (or something like that!!  LOL))!!!  Great to see you working at this again!

Odd..

thats a problem with your theme and xp theme support for VB.
you can either change theme, or delete the tbnotify.exe.manifest file in your tbnotify dir to fix it.

nice update from the original!
btw, does it still notifies when full screen programs (games) are ran?
i really hate it popping up while playing a game...
maybe it can be set in somekind of queue, and as soon as you open the program, you get somekind of "What you have been missing" list.
just a idea

use the process detection feature.

it's come to my attention that anyone who still has registry entires from the original TBNotify still on their computer will experience problems. i'll include a registry cleaner in the next build.
but if you have any problems, open up regedit, goto HKCU/Software and delete the TBNotify subkey.

can we try and keep problems out of this thread and either pm me directly, or use the feedback form on the site. thanks.

and alonn it could be either a proxy issue (if you use one) or because you are using a non-english language. (which is a bug)

i'm not really inclined to help you though because you seem to be a ratio cheater.

Agree, tbLoader only worked the first week or so, then it didnt want to behave good anymore. And on old tb i used this program, so I must test it.

Thanks for the work on it twiglet
