Whatever the uploaders can get their hands on that are scene release.. I mean swedish, german, polish, dutch or anything.

By saying "foreign", you guys mean "None American" music?
Isn't there already foreign music all over TorrentBytes? Theres some German/Dutch/UK artists all over the place.

Really weird question, since I don't think everyone here is from the same country, making 'foreign' very hard to define.
