after working on fords from the 80's, 90's and 2000's, i will NEVER own one. they are a PITA to work on, and since i do all my own maintenance/repairs, it'd suck majorly. i could also buy a civic and slap a fart-can muffler on it to be unique just like everyone else, but i don't think i want to do that, either

i would absolutely LOVE to drive some of those $500,000+ cars that approach 300mph and get 2 miles/gallon, but i would never own one. the perfect car for me is the subaru wrx sti. 6-speed, all wheel drive, 300bhp, gets around 20 miles/gallon, and it only (i say only, but it's way outta my reach right now) $33,800 brand new.

All in all I think that I would go for the Escalade, its more my style and I dont care if it goes 200 or 300 km/h..
I don't need a car that can "pick up" ladies - I could be riding a Trabant at a F1 race, and still be the one that the girls would wanna ride with :-P
