One question, to get my ratio up and upload over 5GB so i can dl/seed torrents as soon as they come out. Is it a smarter way to do this than setting a couple of torrents to download over a period of 5 days with a download speed limit of 25 kb/s in combination with 120 kb/s max or so upload? (The torrents i set up is averaging at around 70 kb/s atm). Cause I'm leaving for 5 days tonight, and i want to be able to start downloading for real when i come home.

Its probably safer to just download a bit before you go and set your client to just seed while you are away as you never know what might happen. But if you set your client to download at 25KB/s it wont download more than 10G for those 5 days, so you should be safe if you keep uploading.

Get on one of the xmas packs, download fast as you can and get more seedingtime on the whole thing. It'll do wonders, thats how i got past those first 10GB/1.0 ratio

Regarding the seeding/downloading and ratio thing.. its much better for the whole community if you download the whole thing as quickly as possible and then leave it seeding until it drops off the tracker, you will attain a good ratio on popular torrents that way. Pr0n is always a good ratio booster, but in general with popular releases you can go far wrong.
