he wasnt charged guilty though, he was charged not guilty.
but anyhow, something is fishy about the whole thing. You can sing about how not guilty he was in this instance all you want, but there is plenty not right with this guy and child molestation could very well be something that he likes to do.

He has held hand with boys, sat very close to them, and slept next to them. Many would call that child molestation (perhaps unless you're the parent) and would argue there should be prison terms for it. I personally do not think society (and children in particular) is better off with such a hysterical attitude, though.

he might not have been guilty in this case, im pretty sure he's "stepped over the line" some time...

Has anyone seen the documentary about him? Did think so. If you saw it, you should know that he acts just like a kid. He was abused by his father when he was a child, and has gotten some mental disorders and is stuck in a childs mind, but in the body of an adult.
When Michael shares a bed with a boy, it's like my little brother sharing his bed with one of his friends (that has happend some times, and that doesnt make him a pedophile, nor does it make him gay. He's just a kid.) When Michael hugs a child, he hugs him as though he was a boy himself, in a childish way, not like an adult because of his mental disorder.

If MJ was guilty then so were the parents! They are the ones that brought them to neverland knowing what it's like! The money grabbing fools would have known straight away if anything was fishy, therefore they would have been pimping their kids out! This is not the case as the jury concluded! This is the law of the United States of America! Some Americans like it when it suits them!
It seems to me that MJ willl still be condemned even though he has been tried and found innocent! Is this right to make a man suffer after all those years of his own abuse? I know if i was accused of such terrible crimes and knew i was innocent, it would destroy me!
Those parents are SICK to even put their kids through that trial just for a sniff of money! THEY should be sued for child abuse! Those kids are supposed to live a normal life now? After accusing the man they love of disgusting crimes? Pictures of such crimes being placed in their head by the prosecution? Poor kids!

i think he has been planning this for years, if he was found guilty he would have gone into the toilets, peeled his rubber face off like a mask and would have had a totally new face underneath (probably chinese). Then he would have strolled out of the courtroom totally unnoticed

MJ`s biggest problem is the fact that no matter the jury desicion , there will always be an element of doubt with most ppl , even though there was no evidence and he has ultimately been "prooved" innocent , would you let your kids go to neverland ?
I personaly have always wanted MJ to be innocent as I always had huge respect for his music and dance work .
But I certainly would not want my kids anywhere near him (just incase)
The problem some of us may face is the fact that the jury is not always 100% correct in many cases (high profile or not)
Most ppl are happy to think that the jury is correct , but as stated there was a lack of evidence
this in no way means he is innocent imo . this says to me that there was not eneugh evidence . not that he is guaranteed not to have commited the crime
The best thing to happen to MJ would have been to get a not guilty verdic based on solid evidence .
Of course this has 2 sides to it and sadly now there is still an element of doubt(understandable imo) and neither side of the case have won .
Both sides have lost and thats very said imo
I hate Verdics like this and what the verdict was based on
I suspect alot of ppl hate the "no evidence" verdict as it realy does not clearly show who was guilty and who was not
I still hope and wish that MJ is 100% innocent , for children to be put through the court ordeal by there parents is bad eneugh , but on the other hand if he did actualy commit the crime then we have a serial peadophile walking free as well as a group of abused children with no justice
The whole thing is very sad imo and no matter what your views are its disapointing for all that this to have happend in the first place

If you mean there was no evidence that he didn't do it, remember that court cases are about proving guilt, not about proving innocense.
You are right that many people will remain skeptical about MJ. They're thinking "he was accused of horrific things, maybe he really did them". Well, those people are idiots and probably advocate arresting people "just to be sure".
By the way, "serial pedophile" is about a meaningless a term as "serial canadian". Perhaps you meant "serial child molester".

Court cases indead do end up heading towards proving guilt but there is the aspect of being able to get off with a crime due to lack of evidence , this has happend in the past and will most likely happen again .
Its the element of doubt that I sometimes think about and dont know if I could ever be 100% certain simply due to the possibility of corruption or plain old luck by the deffendant , although these cases may be less and less as we go on in time but its a fact that todays justice system is not 100%
I think most likely this is not the case here but sadly with it being possible crimes against children I and many others will struggle to get ridd of the element of doubt
I will not say he is guilty .
I would gamble that he is actualy innocent but coudl not say that I think he is guaranteed to be innocent, it would be a "gamble" statement

As for Jacko being guilty or innocent by LEGAL definition - well, I can't really say - I wasn't there for all the facts that were released during the trial, but to me - he sure seems like he has definately crossed the line with children in a bad way based on MORAL standards. I'd say he has definately tried to have sexual relations with young boys, and he needs lots of psychiatric help. For that matter, so does the family of the accuser. I know people think he is guilty because he payed of Jordy Chandler. Thinking this numbers he didn't even pay Jordy 1% of this so he would be better of paying this aswell. The huge mistake he made after Jordy was that he didn't end his interest in children and their wellbeing because when he payed Jordy of everebody knew they could get milions of dollars from Michael and the only thing they needed to do was to let their children socialise with Michael. So in the long term the Jordy thing wasn't cheap, he should pay the deffence cost instead of peing Jordy of and Maybee noone else would have tried their luck. The strangest thing is that Michael seem to prefer molesting kids that have bad economics. Beacause Macauley Culkin didn't say annything encriminating Michael only people with bad economics saw Michael molest Macauley. I dont understand you people it is the American way suing people, and because Michael like children they use it against him, Michael is odd in several ways and evil people use it against him to try to get some of michaels money.
