Weekdays 6 - 7 hours
On weekends atleast 8 hours, 12 at most.

Lately it's been more 'lack of sleeping' habits.

I go to sleep around 7 - 9 in the morning and wake up around noon.

for me 6-10 hours, from 2-3 to 8-12 depends of day.

I'm working as an Author with a guy who lives in a very different time zone. In the weekends, however, I go dancing in the clubs here in Iceland.
